As we stand on the threshold of a new year, we affirm our unwavering faith in Jesus Christ, the unchanging foundation of our lives. We believe that His love, grace, and truth will guide us through every challenge and every blessing that the coming days may bring.
We step into this year with confidence, knowing that:
God’s Plans are Good: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11). In every moment, we trust that His purposes will prevail for our good and His glory.
His Presence is Sure: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you” (Deuteronomy 31:6). We walk forward with boldness, knowing we are never alone.
His Power is Limitless: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13). Whatever trials or triumphs await, His strength equips us to persevere and overcome.
With hearts full of gratitude and anticipation, we resolve to:
Shine His Light: As ambassadors of Christ, we will be salt and light in the world, sharing His love and truth with all we encounter.
Trust His Timing: In seasons of waiting or uncertainty, we will trust in His perfect plan, leaning not on our own understanding but in all our ways acknowledging Him.
Rejoice Always: “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice” (Philippians 4:4). We will cultivate joy and thanksgiving in every circumstance, knowing that God’s goodness never fails.
Let us move forward together as a family of faith, lifting one another up, standing firm on God’s promises, and embracing this new year with the hope and assurance that Christ is making all things new.
